How to Return

2. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
3. Pack your items securely and attach the label.
4. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing may take 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, please return your original purchase and place a new order at shoesnative.com.

International Returns

Additional shipping fees and duties may apply for returns outside the original purchase region.
